Roy was the lead architect for the project team which won the Jurong Regional Library Refurbishment project in 2014. Jurong Regional Library is the largest library apart from the main National Library building. ARCHITECTS STUDIO’s proposal for the refurbishment works involves creating a new ‘green’ identity for the library, as well as the introduction of new internal spaces such asa new IDA lab, a children’s library, a young adults library, as well as the upgrading of library facilities and displays.
